About the Center

The center is oriented towards the national strategy of rural revitalization, focusing on the green and low-carbon transformation of future agriculture in Shanghai and across the country. By consolidating high-level interdisciplinary research forces, it aims to achieve breakthroughs in theories, technologies, and systems. The center promotes low-carbon and intelligent development of buildings, facilities, equipment, and more in new rural construction and agricultural production, forming a high-level innovative platform for scientific research and talent cultivation in new engineering and new agriculture, 

with the goal of serving the rural revitalization strategy.
